Better Data, Better Service

Has she turned back to old habits? What if, however, it just turns out that her new job is across town and she can’t currently afford the bus pass needed to get to and from work every day?

In the instance above, imagine that the employment agency is able to connect quickly and easily get in touch with the transportation agency to get a subsidized bus pass her. Would she feel like “The System” is working for her or against her? By putting a bus pass in her pocket, she’s now empowered to get to and from her job every day, and she knows that someone is looking out for her.

There are many examples like the one above that could turn out well “if only.” The time of “if only” is over. When you serve your clients successfully, there is little that compares to the sense of accomplishment and a job well-done in that moment.
